竹华村是福建省龙岩市新罗区适中镇下辖的行政村，驻地在竹仔坂。村名取自驻地旧称，原名竹华，故沿用了这个名字。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初，此地属象霞乡，1958年归适中公社。1961年自成竹华大队，1965年合并回原先的大队。[1]

1984年改属村委会，1989年撤销原村委会，单独设立竹华村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

省爱卫办在2021年11月公布竹华村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

本村在龙岩市2023年度「平安村居（社区）」名单之内，名单公布于2024年1月。[1]
