紫安村位于红坊集镇中心的西北侧，距镇政府约500米，东靠仙宫山，西临紫金山。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村委会设在紫金山脚下，取紫金山的「紫」与本村委最大自然村安康的「安」合为村名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前属紫岗乡，解放初改属紫金村，此后数次调整所属区乡，1957年6月起归红坊乡。[1]

1958年公社化后设紫安大队，1984年改设紫安村委会。[1]

紫安村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2023年12月，紫安村被认定为「2023年度福建省一村一品专业村」，产品为百香果。[1]
