外洋村是福建省龙岩市新罗区铁山街道下辖的行政村，位于龙川沿岸的田洋一带，距市中心约10公里。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名与所处位置有关：村子在铁石洋的外围，紧靠龙川，地面平整，多为水田，故称外洋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初村子属附城区铁石村，1957年并入铁山乡。公社化以后村子几经调整，1984年设外洋村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

2022年8月，外洋村被认定为「一村一品」专业村（主产葡萄），认定机关为龙岩市农业农村局。[1]

文化[edit]

2007年，村庄被新罗区评为「双学双比」巾帼示范村。[2]
