洋畲村在新罗区西南，海拔700米，离龙岩中心城市约15公里，属革命基点村之一。村名由来据说是：最早有位杨姓人家到此定居。[1]
地理环境[edit]
山地以竹林和柑橘为主，出产柑桔与毛竹，村中有柑橘种植户。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
明代此地属湖洋社，清末与民国初归湖邦社。1929年至1932年间为湖邦区苏维埃政府所辖的一个乡，1941年归龙门镇。[1]
1949年11月村归湖邦区。1958年9月起，它随湖邦、小池、龙门公社的建置变化，为洋畲生产大队；1984年设龙门镇洋畲村村民委员会。[1]
文化[edit]
村获得过多项荣誉：中国生态文化协会在2009年授予「2009年度全国生态文化村」称号；农业部于2012年11月认定村为「第一批全国一村一品示范村镇」（千年池柑橘）；2019年12月村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单；2020年12月被认定为「龙岩市第一批中级版绿盈乡村」。[1][2]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2024年1月，村获评「2023年度」龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
