赖坑村位于新罗区西北部，靠近闽西物流园区，离龙长高速龙岩西出口仅1公里。村名来历是：赖姓先民最早在此落脚，故以姓氏称此坑为赖坑。龙长高速和赣龙铁路紧贴村边通过。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代，村地属铁石乡龙门里湖洋社的赖坑聚落；清代与民国初年归湖邦社。1929年至1932年间属湖邦区苏维埃政府下的乡，1936年起为联保，1941年并入龙门镇。[1]

新中国成立后，1949年11月村归湖邦区。1958年9月起属湖邦、小池、龙门公社，为赖坑生产大队；1984年后设龙门镇赖坑村村民委员会。[1]

村于2021年1月获评「2020年度」龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」；同年11月，福建省爱卫办授予村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
