黄邦村属城乡结合区，是东肖街道下辖的行政村。[1]相传此地原为黄姓人居住，村地平坦，故名黄邦。[1]2024年初，村庄获得2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初，此地划在东红区，归中民村辖下，随后改隶东肖区的中民镇。1953年，村里成立黄邦农会。1956年改隶中民乡；1958年为中民大队的一部分。1962年分出黄邦大队，1965年复并入中民大队，1979年重新单列，1984年改称东肖镇黄邦村委会。[1]
