连圣村在东肖街道西部，与龙岩学院相邻，离龙岩城区约6千米，交通便利。[1]相传此地原为一处排寨的居民迁来定居，故称连圣。[1]2024年1月，村庄被命名为2023年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前此地隶属白土镇。解放初属东红区、东肖区，后归附城区。1956年划入中民乡，1957年随区乡调整归入东肖乡；1958年东肖公社设连圣大队；1960年划给城郊公社；1961年又复归东肖公社。1984年起改称东肖镇连圣村委会。[1]
