溪连村位于东肖街道中部，在龙岩学院南侧。[1]村名以溪兜、连圣排两个自然村的村名各取一字而成。[1]2020年12月，村庄被认定为「龙岩市第一批中级版绿盈乡村」；2021年2月，列入「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单；2024年6月，列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期此地隶属溪圣乡与白土镇。解放初归东红区、东肖区与附城区管辖，1956年并入中民乡。1957年撤区并乡后仍在中民乡内；1958年东肖公社设溪连大队；1984年改称东肖镇溪连村委会。[1]
