隔顶村位于东肖街道南部，林地较多。[1]村址在一道小山隔的上方，故称隔顶。[1]2023年1月，村庄被命名为2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」；2024年1月，又被命名为2023年度同一称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初属中民村，1953年设立农会，1956年属中民乡，1958年改为中民大队，1962年分出为隔顶大队，1965年又并入中民大队，1979年再分为隔顶大队，1984年恢复为隔顶村。[1]
