湖洋寨村是新罗区东肖街道下辖的行政村，紧邻龙岩市经济技术开发区，龙腾南路穿村西侧而过。[1]相传古时此地有一片湖，后来村民在湖边建房居住，于是称作湖洋寨。[1]2023年1月，村庄被命名为2022年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初，此地归东红区与东肖区管辖。1953年成立湖洋寨农会。1957年划入东肖乡，1958年改隶榴湖大队；1961年设东肖公社湖洋寨大队。1984年起称湖洋寨村委会。[1]
