肖坑村是新罗区东肖街道下辖的行政村。[1]据说此地居民原姓肖，村落东西两面环山，中间是一条坑，村民便在坑边建房定居，村名因此而定。[1]2021年11月，肖坑村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2024年6月，村庄列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，此地归龙兴乡及白土镇所管。解放初，村地先后隶属东红区、东肖区与附城区。1957年，村庄随乡级调整划入东肖乡；1958年成为东肖公社下属的肖坑大队；1960年转由城郊公社的东肖管理区管辖；1961年复为东肖公社肖坑大队。1984年，设东肖镇肖坑村委会。[1]
