石粉村位于中心城市规划区的南面，背靠天马山与莲花山，紧邻319国道。村名源于村所在的山地，旧时出产石材，俗称石粉岭。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代此地归铁石乡在坊里，位于城区南面的石粉岭一带。清代至民国初为东山社的地界，民国时期又并入曹莲联保及曹莲乡。解放后先设西陈区石粉村，继而成立石粉乡；1961年起归曹溪公社，1984年设石粉村委会，2013年改隶曹溪街道。[1]

地理[edit]

村由上盂、下盂、芦田底3个自然村组成，是革命基点村，多条道路穿村而过。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年1月，该村被命名为2020年度龙岩市「平安村居（社区）」。[1]
