硿口村位于西陂街道北部，总面积2500亩[1]。村名的来历：村口两山之间中间低洼，这类地形俗称「山硿」，地势开阔，故取名硿口[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧为江山社的一部分，民国期间称硿口保。解放初归江山区岭南乡管辖，1957年撤区并乡后并入西陂乡[1]。1958年设硿口大队，隶属西陂公社；1984年设硿口村委会[1]。
