张白土村位于西陂街道北部，总面积1570亩[1]。村名的来历：相传白土一地（今东肖）有张姓先民最早到此开垦耕种，故称张白土[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

明代，这里属铁石乡在坊里[1]。1957年撤区并乡后属西陂乡，1958年设西陂公社张白土大队，1961年复设张白土大队，1984年成立张白土村委会[1][2]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年10月和2022年10月，本村先后列入「2021年淘宝村」和「2022年淘宝村」名单[2]。
