小洋村位于西陂街道东北部，村域内有龙岩大道、双洋路、工业路和铁路穿过[1]。村名的来历：村子临近龙川河，地势平坦，当地把平坦开阔的地块称为「洋」，因这里的地块较小，故称小洋[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

旧时属外江山社，1942年（民国31年）划归西墩乡。解放后归入西陈区，1957年撤区并乡后又划为西陂乡的一部分[1]。1958年以西陂公社小洋大队的名目出现，1984年改称小洋村委会[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2020年9月，阿里研究院公布的「2020年淘宝村」名单有本村；2021年10月和2022年10月，本村又先后列入「2021年淘宝村」和「2022年淘宝村」名单[1]。
