黄凌村是龙村乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境北部，下设3个自然村，村委会设在黄凌自然村，村名由此而来。[1][2][3]

地理环境[edit]

村域东与龙溪村相邻，南接仰坑村，西邻凉墘村，北与建阳市漳墩镇下墘村相连。面积12.44平方千米。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1940年这里归水吉县下墘区管辖，1951年设下墘区黄凌乡，1956年改为建瓯县小松区下的黄凌乡，1984年改为今名。[1]
