川石村是福建省南平市建瓯市川石乡下辖的行政村，位于松溪河畔。1984年改设川石乡人民政府时，乡政府驻地在本村。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

本村的名字由旧称“川石里”改来，与乡名相同。[1]

1949年本村隶属东游四区的川石乡，1958年为川石公社下的川石大队，1984年才称现名。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的清代民居千柱厝由林氏族人林嘉瑛主持建成，原用于收留贫困乡民；建筑群包括上厝、下厝、后厝及三座亭子，立柱共1000根，房间254间。[2]

据百度百科，村内现存兴福寺、临水宫等古寺庙。[3]
