顺阳乡是福建省南平市建瓯市下辖的乡，位于建瓯市东部，乡人民政府驻溪东村[1][2]。乡境东面与东游镇相接，南面与玉山镇及屏南县路下乡毗连，西面与东峰镇接壤[1]。全乡辖1个社区和6个行政村[1][4][5]。2019年末，户籍人口为11280人[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

北宋元祐四年（1089年）这一带属建安县，这一隶属关系延续到元朝末年[1]。1996年4月设立顺阳乡[1]。

乡名的来历是村落的方位：村子建在迎着朝阳的地方，取阳光美好的寓意[2]。

地理环境[edit]

乡境地处建瓯市东部，海拔约120米[3]。全乡面积，百度百科记为171.16平方千米[1]，博雅地名网记为约172.18平方公里[2]。两处数字不同，本条目以百度百科所载为准。

物产与资源[edit]

乡内出产九仙雾茶，该茶曾在首届北苑贡茶评比中获得特等奖[3]。此外还产柑橘、锥栗、香菇、木耳、莲子、油茶籽、山苍籽、松脂等农副土特产，博雅地名网称共二十多种[3]。

已探明的矿产有锌、银、铝、铁、石英石和花岗石[3]。乡内另有一个国营采育场[3]。
