东峰镇是福建省南平市建瓯市下辖的镇，位于建瓯市东部，镇政府驻东峰村。截至2020年6月，全镇辖2个社区、19个行政村，另有1个村级单位。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

此地在东汉至元代归建安县管辖。[3] 据博雅地名网，建国初这里先后划作建瓯第三区、第九区，1955年又称东峰区；1958年设公社，公社于1984年转为乡，次年才变成镇。[1][2] 百度百科则说东峰公社在1984年被撤销并立即成立东峰镇，两处的设镇年份不一，此处并录。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇域东侧与东游镇、顺阳乡为邻，南面的玉山、小桥两镇与之相接，西面紧挨建瓯市城区，北边则与小松镇、龙村乡相望，全镇面积为303.17平方千米。[3]

松溪自北向南流过集镇，集镇所在的东屯一带属山地丘陵。[4]

2014年6月，环境保护部授予东峰镇「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[1]

经济[edit]

镇内茶树种植历史悠久，宋代北苑贡茶的主产区即在今东峰镇境内。[1][5]

2012年8月3日，原农业部对该茶作农产品地理标志登记，予以保护。[5]

东峰矮脚乌龙属闽北乌龙茶，镇内是其主产区。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

北苑凿字岩石刻位于城东一处名为林垅的小坡上，是北苑御茶园的摩崖石刻与作坊遗址，为福建省级重点文物保护单位。石崖高约3米，长约4米，宽约2.5米，下方凿有八十个楷体字。[1]

东南训练班旧址位于镇内大庙，其年代为近代，是县级文物保护单位。[1]

北苑公园于2000年建成，是建瓯市乡镇中占地面积最大的公园。[2]
