盛前村位于建瓯市东游镇，属革命老区。溪屯溪流经村旁，村子在仁山西麓，离集镇约15公里。[1]

村国土面积31.9平方千米，海拔180米，辖盛前、桂溪、大中洋、红兴、上洲5个自然村。[1]
