渡潭村位于松溪河畔，属建瓯市东游镇。村名来历是：村子临溪，出入须过渡，河床形如水潭。[1]

山地两万余亩，其中生态林七千多亩，板栗林五千多亩，毛竹林五百多亩，油桃约三百多亩。[1]

宝圣岩风景名胜位于本村，距集镇8公里，方圆5平方千米。[2]
