凌坑村位于建瓯市迪口镇境内，村名原作林坑，因方言中「林」与「凌」读音相近而改写。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

村中有一条坑，周围林木密布，原名林坑；方言中「林」与「凌」读音接近，于是写作凌坑。[1]

1949年时，此地为小桥二区可建乡下的凌坑村；1953年改入迪口六区的可建乡。1958年归迪口公社可建大队，并设凌坑生产队，1977年另立凌坑大队，1984年定为今名。[1]
