下房村是建瓯市迪口镇下辖的行政村，村子建在分水村稍下方的地方，村名由此而来。[1]

沿革[edit]

1950年隶属小桥二区值源乡下房村，1954年改属迪口六区下房乡，1958年归迪口公社值源大队，1960年另立迪口公社下房大队，1984年改为今名。[1]

文物古迹[edit]

迪口梅岭江老魏烈士墓位于梅岭自然村，为现代墓葬，墓址在山腰上，朝向西南。[1]
