名称由来[edit]
村庄由叶氏居民开辟，村名因此而来。[1]
行政沿革[edit]
1950年时属南雅一区小康乡，名为叶康保。1958年起设南雅公社叶康大队，1984年又更名为现在的叶康村。[1]
人口与土地[edit]
村辖三个自然村、九个村民小组。全村共485户，总人口1810人（户籍）。土地面积15平方千米，合22531亩，其中耕地3100亩，水田2150亩。[1][2]
产业[edit]
葡萄、茶叶和锥栗是主要农产品，村中有金生岩茶厂与荣灿茶厂。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，叶康村被列入福建省「一村一品」示范村名单，年度为2019年，主打产品是葡萄。[1]
