沶村位于房道镇境内。溪水穿村而过，“漈”字意为瀑布，村名与此有关。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1935年起属建瓯县，那时叫漈村乡，1951年划入房道八区。1959年设漈村大队，归红专公社管辖。1967年一度称红村大队，1970年恢复漈村大队的名称，1984年才有现名。[1]

文化[edit]

2015年10月，村子被列入福建省首批省级传统村落之列；2019年12月列入首批国家森林乡村；2023年10月，南平市把它选入「2023年度南平市“绿盈乡村”中级版村庄」名单。[1]
