张坑村位于吉阳镇西北，地处建瓯、顺昌、建阳三县市交界处，辖张坑、下南坑、大仰、新村、黄连坑5个自然村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子由张姓居民开建，故名张坑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年前后，村子归房道八区管辖，属巧溪乡；1952年划入吉阳二区，仍属巧溪乡。1958年起成为吉阳公社的张坑大队，直到1984年才改用张坑村之名。[1]

产业[edit]

村里的林业和竹业是吉阳的重要产地之一。[1]

荣誉[edit]

张坑村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
