芝山街道是福建省南平市建瓯市下辖的街道办事处，位于建瓯市城区北面，1996年5月由芝城镇分设而成。辖区内有6个社区和3个行政村，街道名取自城郊的芝山。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

街道名来自城郊三山之一的芝山，另两山为旗山与符山。县城一带也称“芝城”。东汉建安元年，即196年，这里置建安县；三国时期，它又做过建安郡的郡治。[1][2]

曙光公社始设于1958年，城关公社于1960年接替，芝山公社于1981年定名，1984年起称芝城镇。[1]

1996年5月，芝城镇分设为芝山、瓯宁、建安、通济四个街道；芝山街道办事处同年挂牌。[1][3]

2021年12月，街道入选「2021年度南平市“平安农机”示范乡镇」。[1]

辖区人口45179人，分属16553户；其中农业人口7051人，计2161户（博雅地名网所载，未注年份）。[2]

2024年公示的建瓯市市域村庄分类名单中，芝山街道列有3个行政村，即豪栋村、西大村和马汶村。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄华山位于辖区内，海拔202米。明永乐年间（1403—1423年）山上建有黄华楼、凭虚阁、待月轩等楼阁，另有咸宜亭、黄华书院；1994年又添建八座亭子。民间素有「建州十景，首推黄华」之说。[1][2]
