大浑村位于吴屯乡北部，距乡政府约5公里，村庄四面环山，地势平坦，人口集中。[2]

名称由来[edit]

因土地肥沃而称「浑」，人口众多，于是加「大」字，称大浑。[2]

姓氏与民俗[edit]

村中以衷、林、翁三姓为主，衷姓的祖籍即发源于此。每年农历二月十五举办大浑会，沿袭至今。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年另设大浑大队，归幸福公社管辖；1961年改归吴屯公社管辖；1984年改为大浑村民委员会，归吴屯乡管辖。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，据博雅地名网，福建省爱卫办授予大浑村「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
