兴田村隶属兴田镇，位于镇区，与建阳接壤，是镇政府驻地所在的行政村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋时，此处设有兴田水驿站，村名因驿站而来。在此之前，这里又名黄亭。[5][4]

北宋诗人陆游曾到此地，有感于这处水陆码头的繁华，留下《黄亭》一诗，所以村子另有黄亭之称。[4]

1958年设兴田大队，1984年改称兴田村民委员会，1989年随乡改镇后属兴田镇。[3]
