曹墩村隶属星村镇，地处九曲溪上游，是前往自然保护区、龙川、玉龙谷等景区的必经之路。村名因旧时县令曹友谅居于村中小山墩而得。[1]

发展与荣誉[edit]

2002年，村里开发了民俗旅游村，交通方便，经济活跃。[1]

2021年11月，曹墩村获省级爱卫部门命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2021年12月，被认定为「2021年度南平市“绿盈乡村”中级版村庄」；2022年10月，曹墩村入选「2022年淘宝村」名单。[1]
