黎源村位于星村镇西南，是黎前、黎新两村及华侨农场的中心区域，村里有一个集日市场。村名因黎姓开基始居而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
黎源1958年成为大队，归红旗公社管辖；1961年改隶星村公社。1984年村级组织改为村民委员会，所在乡为星村乡；1985年起归星村镇。[1]
1941年初，黎源乡一角的施家坪、源头一带约288亩土地被划给建阳。[2]
