槎口村位于邵武市南部边陲，距市区76公里，属桂林乡管辖。东面紧邻和平镇坪上村，南面是桂林村，西面与余山村相接；北侧靠近福银高速的闽赣服务区，与江西黎川隔界相望。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
元代此地隶属仁泽下乡的三十九都。解放后这里设立槎口乡，1950至1957年间为乡驻地，下辖两个村。1958年起改为三溪大队并划入桂林人民公社，直至1984年9月才归入桂林乡，村名定为槎口村。[2]
地名出于村址一带的山茶树：周边山茶树多，村子位于茶树山的接口处，后人以谐音字「槎」替代「茶」，遂称槎口。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
村域面积28.6平方千米。最高点为北祥的隘山，海拔860米；最低点在大洋，海拔410米。[2]
村内有杨家斜溪、西坑溪、槎口溪三条小溪，全长依次为5.3公里、6.8公里和4公里。[2]
境内已探明的矿产有铁矿、高岭土矿及建筑石材。[2]
经济[edit]
耕地2600亩，全部为水田，粮食作物以水稻为主，主要经济作物有烟叶、竹荪与生姜。2011年末，村内没有工业企业。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中有始建于清代的杨家斜屋桥，另有一座名为树林庵的寺庙。[2]
