吴家塘镇是福建省南平市邵武市的一个镇，西北距邵武市区约17公里，镇政府驻吴家塘。[1][5]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代，这一带属富阳上乡，俗称八都。[3] 1958年设立福建省邵武吴家塘农场，此后农场与周边乡村的隶属数度变动。1990年时，邵武市已辖有吴家塘乡。[1][3]

2000年7月，吴家塘农场改制，以吴家塘乡及农场辖区为基础设立吴家塘镇，镇政府驻吴家塘。同月，农场原有的吴家塘、坊上、行岭三个管理区改设吴家塘居委会，以及坊上、行岭两个村民委员会。[1][2]

福建省爱卫办于2020年12月把吴家塘镇定为「福建省卫生乡镇」。2021年2月，吴家塘镇列入「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。吴家塘镇在2021年度入选南平市「平安农机」示范乡镇，认定于同年12月。[2]

地理环境[edit]

镇域海拔一般在220米至260米之间，属亚热带季风气候区。[5] 镇中心区位于富屯溪河畔，鹰厦铁路穿境而过。铁路于1956年建成时在此设站，站名即为吴家塘站。[4][6][7]

据百度百科所载，吴家塘镇2017年常住人口为7251人。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

镇内的古文物多在各村：吴家塘社区境内有云彤吴进士府第遗址，吴家塘社区；行岭村有清代的天云殿；坊上村的溪东江西会馆即万寿宫，另有祥云庵、位于后山的程员外府第遗址，以及狮山悬棺。[7][8][9]
