肖家坊镇地处邵武市西南部，东南与泰宁县接壤，西北与桂林乡、和平镇毗邻。镇内的天成奇峡景区为国家4A级旅游景区，是镇内主要的游览地。[1][8]

历史沿革[edit]

地名的来历是这样的：北宋端拱年间，一位姓肖的人到邵武任职；据《肖氏族谱》，肖家后人入赘徐家，徐家绝嗣，肖姓人丁逐渐兴旺，地名由此而来。[1]

昼锦下乡一带在明清和民国期间称作三十六都；解放前夕，这里改为金石乡。新中国成立后，1950年划入第六区，1958年组建公社，名为肖家坊公社。1964年，公社的驻地移到将石村，此后名称变为将石公社；1966年又搬回肖家坊，恢复为肖家坊公社。1984年9月，原公社改为乡级政府，即肖家坊乡人民政府。[1]

1996年3月，原肖家坊乡一级被取消，换成肖家坊镇，辖区与驻地都没有变动。[3][4]

地理环境[edit]

全镇占地109.67平方千米。气候为中亚热带季风型，冬春两季以西北风为多，夏季偏南风较盛，年平均气温在17至19摄氏度之间。[3][2]

镇内溪流交错，水网密布，电视网络覆盖全镇。[2]

人口民族[edit]

2019年末户籍人口14031人，以汉族为主，另有畲族和回族。[4][1]

文化[edit]

镇中心小学于1999年9月搬进镇政府驻地肖家坊村。[2]

镇级荣誉方面：2021年2月，肖家坊镇进入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单；同年11月，它成为「2021年福建省级森林康养小镇」，并在2020年12月获福建省爱卫办认定的「福建省卫生乡镇」称号。此外，「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」的称号由环境保护部定下，于2014年6月授予肖家坊镇。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

天成奇峡景区在将上村一带，为国家4A级旅游景区，同时是国家水利风景区。景区以丹霞地貌为主，锦溪在峡谷中蜿蜒穿行，景区内有仙人台、竹筏漂流等景点。[5][6][7][8]

县级文物中，「将上杨氏宗祠暨屋桥」坐落在将上村；「华鼎公祠」在登高村；「将石朱氏宅第」「将石吴氏宗祠」在将石村；「东坑水桥」在镇域之内。其中东坑水桥、华鼎公祠、将石朱氏宅第和将石吴氏宗祠，博雅地名网记为清代建筑；杨氏宗祠的年代，该网两处说法不一，此处不注。[9][10][11][12][13]

将石村内另有「将石谢氏翰林第」「将石谢氏大夫第」，同属县级文物，博雅地名网记为清代建筑。[5]
