和平镇位于福建省南平市邵武市西南部，镇政府驻和平村。唐代已有关于此地的文字记载，当时称昼锦，后唐天成元年（926年）已形成街市，是邵武通往闽西北与江西的要道。镇内的和平古镇保留着明清民居与城堡式街巷，和平书院、聚奎塔、黄氏峭公祠等文物也都分布在镇域内。截至2024年末，全镇户籍人口19909人。[1][2][3][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

镇名的古称是昼锦，见于唐代的记载；宋元时此地称和平里，明代属三十三都。设和平分县的时间是乾隆三十四年，即1769年；民国时此地划为邵武第三区。[5][6]

1950年设立和平镇，1958年冬改设和平公社，1984年9月撤销和平公社、再设和平镇，镇名一直沿用至今。[4][6][7]

近年的荣誉有：2014年6月，环境保护部授予「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号；2014年7月，被确定为「全国重点镇」；2016年10月，被认定为「第一批中国特色小镇」；2020年12月，福建省爱卫办命名为「福建省卫生乡镇」，同月入选「2020年福建省森林城镇」名单；2021年2月，上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单；2025年3月，被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范乡镇」。[6]

经济[edit]

和平自古是纸业、笋干、茶叶与粮食的集散地，每逢墟日商贾云集。今日镇上的特产有游浆豆腐、邵武碎铜茶、邵武笋干与脚跟糍等。[5][6][8]

文化[edit]

镇内保留的民俗活动有傩舞、三角戏与烛桥龙灯，其中傩舞被当地人视作活化石。[8]

和平书院在五代后唐时由黄峭创办，起初是黄氏宗族的学堂；到宋代改成地方学校，杨时、朱熹等学者都曾到此讲课。[2][9][15]

据邵武市人民政府网，宋至清代和平书院培养进士133名；博雅地名网则说，自开科取士以来和平考中的进士为137名，两者统计的范围并不相同，此处各取其说。[2][9]

名胜古迹[edit]

和平古镇位于和平村，为国家4A级旅游景区。明万历二十年（1592年）此地建起城堡，堡内的主街以青石板铺就，全长六百余米，街两侧分布着近百条卵石巷道。古镇的明清民居，据福建省人民政府门户网站所载近300幢，博雅地名网则作近200栋。[2][8][9][18]

和平书院眼下的院落经清乾隆三十四年1769年重建，呈四合院式天井院的格局，1997年列为邵武市文物保护单位。[9][15]

聚奎塔位于和平村南约1.5公里的山岗顶部，为五层六角楼阁式砖塔。它的动工时间在明万历四十四年（1616年），于崇祯年间建成，塔额由时任邵武知县袁崇焕题写。2009年11月16日，该塔被列入「第七批福建省文物保护单位」。[10][13]

黄峭墓位于进贤村（原名坎头村），墓主黄峭生于871年、卒于953年，曾任五代时后唐的工部侍郎。墓前碑刻为清代重修，2009年列为福建省文物保护单位。[12][14]

黄氏峭公祠为黄峭的享祠，四合院式天井院，清光绪十五年1889年建，为县级文物保护单位。[11][16][17]

据2019年的邵武市文物保护单位名录，镇内县级文物还有县丞署、旧市义仓、岐山公祠、和平东门与北门的樵楼、和平李氏、黄氏、廖氏的大夫第，以及前山坪的上官家庙等，其中县丞署建于设立和平分县之时。[17][5]

罗前翠云庵、愁思岭摩崖石刻与古驿道同为县级文物，年代为宋代与清代，据博雅地名网位于和平镇。[17][19]

著名人物[edit]

黄峭弃官后在镇中创办书院，其后人分居各地，据博雅地名网的黄氏峭公祠一页，后裔已遍布海内外。[9][11]

上官家族是和平历史上的望族，唐代有镇将上官洎，宋代该家族出过多名进士，据邵武市人民政府网，同朝为官者曾达七十余人。[2][5]
