历史沿革[edit]
此地原称「吴家源」，后因李姓居民增多，改称「李家源」，现名由此简化而来。解放后划入大埠岗公社，设李源大队。[1][2]
李源村民委员会1984年正式成立，2020年5月迁入现址办公。[2]
2024年6月，李源村入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[2]

2011年末辖区总人口1564人，另有流动人口1018人。村内辖李家源、红门、型家桥、高婆岭、徐家源五个自然村，分为13个村民小组。[2]
