宜坊村是福建省南平市邵武市洪墩镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域东南，东邻水口寨村，西连洪墩村，南邻河坊村，北与卫闽镇接壤。该村1980年自水口寨村分出设立，村中的“过火节”已列为邵武市级非物质文化遗产。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1980年，本村自水口寨村析出，独立设为行政村。村名取自村委会驻地所在的自然村“宜坊”。[1][2]
文化[edit]
宜坊的“过火节”于每年农历八月举行，据百度百科，它以“跳侗”与“过火”两种民俗为主。白天有青壮年男子以跳侗的方式敬奉田公元帅，其间施展穿颊、抛掷铁球等动作，据说附体之后便不惧水火。夜里，人们赤脚踏过烧红的炭火，过后其他男子也可跟着走过。活动结束后，村民到田公元帅庙再次设坛跳侗并祈福。[3]
2007年3月，该节进入邵武市第一批市级非遗名录。[2][3]
经济[edit]
村里以种植水稻和烟叶为主。原有茶果场的一片土地，现逐步开发为工业集中区，已有海鲜菇种植、肉兔养殖等企业入驻。[2]
