沙洲上村是福建省南平市邵武市洪墩镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域北端，与张厝乡相接，地处邵武、顺昌、将乐三地交界处。村址建在河流冲积形成的沙洲上，村名由此而来。该村1987年3月自桥头村分出设立，村民以种植业为主。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1987年3月，沙洲上村自桥头村划出，独立设村。村中现留清代古民居两座，并存有乾隆年间的村规民约警示牌。[2]
2010年6月至7月间，村庄连遭三次特大洪灾，房屋全倒12座，危房19座。灾后村庄集中选址重建，新建沙上小学一座，并连片建成居民小区，其中安置受灾户28户。[2]
社会事业[edit]
2003年、2004年，该村先后获评邵武市计划生育达标村；2006年，村被邵武市社会治安综合治理委员会评为「平安村」，同年又被评为「文明村」。村子系革命老区基点村。[2]
经济[edit]
村民以种植为主，本地属国家商品粮基地。近年村里调整农业结构，大力发展烤烟生产。[2]
