洪墩镇位于福建省南平市邵武市的东南一隅，东南方向与顺昌县大干镇接壤，富屯溪中游流经境内，鹰厦铁路与316国道穿过镇域。镇名原作“盒墩”：周围散布着大大小小近百个土墩，地形远看如盒，后来才通称“洪墩”。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代此地属仁荣乡，元代改属仁荣下乡，明清两代称仁荣下乡十七都。民国时期归水口寨区的卫坊乡管辖，解放后先划入第七区。[2]

1958年此地组成红东人民公社，三年后更名为洪墩公社；1980年社址迁往卫闽，改称卫闽公社。直到1984年12月，才从卫闽乡划出另设洪墩乡。博雅地名网记1992年11月改设为镇；百度百科则定为1993年8月，由乡改镇。[1][2]

1933年，红军在境内桥头村一带设立兵站，并建立苏维埃政府。1985年，桥头村被福建省人民政府批准为全省首批革命老区基点村。[6]

行政村方面，1980年宜坊村自水口寨村分出设立，1987年3月沙洲上村自桥头村分出设立。尚读村民国十三年（1924年）由“上麓”改称尚读，2022年10月被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[5][7][8]

2014年6月，环保部为洪墩镇颁发「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[2]

地理环境[edit]

境内七台山是一道绿色屏障，溪水自山间流下，穿过全境。富屯溪的支流在尚读村一带形成水力资源，村中建有两座水电站。[4][7]

经济[edit]

镇域以粮食种植和烟叶生产为主，推行烟稻轮作模式，“洪墩溪米”已作为区域公共品牌推广。[3][4]

百度百科所载的2019年情况是：工业企业共47家，规模以上的有12家；面积逾50平方米的综合商店、超市等有14处。[1]

文化[edit]

河坊村的“抢酒节”每年农历九月初一举行，四方宾客前来观看，节期间要连演大戏。该节于2007年3月列入福建省级非物质文化遗产，洪墩镇政府也以此节为依托发展文旅与农特产品销售。[3][4][9]

宜坊村的“过火节”每年农历八月举行，以“跳侗”和赤脚踏过烧红的炭火为主要活动，据百度百科，节日起源于当地民间信仰。2007年3月，该节被列入邵武市第一批市级非物质文化遗产。[8][15]

名胜古迹[edit]

台溪精舍遗址位于尚读村，为南宋理学家何兑、何镐父子所建，又名“味道堂”。朱熹应何镐之请，作《味道堂记》，文成于乾道九年（1173年）。元代精舍毁于兵祸，明清及民国间屡次重建，2009年在原址复建。遗址为县级文物保护单位，时代为宋。[7][11][12][16]

通判泉位于尚读村，泉井为何兑所筑，因他曾任辰州通判，乡人称之为“通判泉”。井分五眼，用途各不相同，依次供饮水、洗菜、洗衣和洗涮污物。文物名录列为省级文物保护单位，时代为宋。[7][13][16]

长明庵位于王玢村，文物名录列为县级文物保护单位，时代标为明、清。百度百科称庵又名「金山吉刹」，明天顺七年（1463年）重建，清末修葺，现存山门、大雄宝殿与观音殿，并有宋代铜钟、明代铜佛像和清代碑刻等遗物。[2][14][16]

水口寨何氏宗祠位于水口寨村，时代为清代，为县级文物保护单位。[10][16]
