地理环境[edit]
村名的来历是：村址地形像一只船，旧时民间迷信风水，以为财物会顺水流走，所以取“固住”之名。[1]
经济[edit]
粮食作物以水稻为主，经济作物有烟叶、甘蔗、竹荪等。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时称十二都；民国时期设固住保，归朱坊乡管辖。[1]此后，1954年在此设固住乡，划为拿口区，1956年组成固住高级社，1958年成立大队，划入朱坊公社。[1]1971年，朱坊与拿口两社合并，村子转入拿口公社；1984年，它成为村民委员会。[2]
