地理环境[edit]
村名因村中以肖姓居民为多而来。[1]村域地势东部偏高、西北偏低，境内的龙山是拿口境内较高的山峰之一。[1]
农业以水稻为主，经济作物有烟叶、蔬菜和柑桔。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1945年，王文波、程胜福一行在龙山一带从事游击活动。[1]村子后来被定为老区基点村。[1]
明清时叫九都。[1]民国时设张洋保，归拿口镇辖。[1]1950年，村地划为张洋乡，归第三区；1956年，村民组成肖坊高级社；1958年改成肖坊大队，隶属拿口公社。[1]
