历史沿革[edit]
1951年设周源乡，1961年6月拆分为下畲、危家窠两个大队，1984年改为村委会[1]。
2021年12月，周源村被认定为2021年度南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
狮子崖正觉寺建于清代，属县级文物保护单位[1]。
