谢坊村是卫闽镇的行政村，位于邵武市东部，东临富屯溪，村部距镇区约8公里[2]。古称绣溪，南宋绍熙年间为兵部尚书谢源明的故居，后因纪念谢源明而改称谢坊[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期此地为乡公署，解放后划归红墩乡管辖[3]。1958年11月至1984年8月间为一个大队，归洪墩人民公社管辖；此后于1984年9月转入卫闽乡，同年改名谢坊村[3]。

1969年起，村域内的农场由解放军部队派驻，此后改由中央铁道部第十六工程局接管，设为该局的谢坊生产基地[3]。

1998年6月22日洪水围困村庄，民房倒塌200多座；灾后，南平市团市委命名村庄为「共青村」[2]。

2011年末，辖区总人口1671人，共514户[2]。

荣誉[edit]

谢坊村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办命名，称「2021年福建省卫生村」[1]。
