历史沿革[edit]
1955年，此地组成高级社，归第一区管辖；1958年设立大队，隶属城关公社。1960年划归红城农场，同年该农场被撤销，地方重归城关镇。1983年改设居委会，划归通泰街道办事处管辖。2002年6月，居委会改名为熙春社区居委会。[1]
社区建设与荣誉[edit]
社区内有含笑公园，供居民休闲健身；社区建有便民服务网、扶贫济困捐助点和志愿者帮扶队等。[2]
2002年，社区获中央文明办、民政部评为「全国创建文明社区示范点」；2005年12月，获南平市委、市政府授予「示范社区」称号。[2]
