锦屏村位于岭腰乡东部，与浙江省庆元县毗邻，原名遂应场，1951年改称今名。[3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年设锦屏乡，隶第五区，1954年改隶第六区。1958年成立锦屏大队，归跃进公社，1969年转归铁山公社。1984年起成为行政村并设村委会。1997年铁山划出的七个村另设岭腰乡，锦屏村亦属其中。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村后的南屏山上保存着一百余亩原始阔叶林，像一道屏障立在村后，村子因此得名。[1]

文化[edit]

2014年11月，锦屏村列入第三批中国传统村落名录；2016年5月，省政府认定其属第五批省级历史文化名镇名村；2019年1月，被收入第七批中国历史文化名村之列。[1]

中国生态文化协会在2017年10月评定锦屏村为「全国生态文化村」。2021年10月，锦屏村进入福建省「金牌旅游村」名单；2021年11月，获省爱卫办认定为福建省卫生村；2021年12月，被认定为2021年度福建省「一村一品」示范村（白茶），同时为南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄。[1]

经济[edit]

村中有茶山、竹林和锥栗林，锦屏仙岩茶、锥栗、野生牛根干是村里的主要特色产品。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

锦屏水尾桥位于村尾的乐平溪上，是伸臂式平梁木廊桥，清咸丰八年（1858年）创建，为县级重点文物保护单位。[5]

遂应场银矿遗址分布在村东北的山谷间，宋绍兴三十二年（1162年）开始采银，明正德十六年（1521年）封闭，前后采掘三百余年。2018年，福建省人民政府将其公布为第九批省级文物保护单位。[5]

村内另有古银洞、百年古茶树和千年杉木王等景物。[4]

锦屏村所在的锦屏风景区被列为国家3A级旅游景区。[2]
