星溪乡是福建省南平市政和县的乡，位于县境中部，乡政府驻县城解放街。东与铁山镇、外屯乡相接，北邻松溪县，南与建瓯市交界。[1][2]

乡名来自贯穿全境的七星溪。乡境山地与丘陵相间，并有河谷盆地，竹、栗、茶、烟是当地主要的产业。念山村的梯田、富美村的宋代墓葬等古迹见于各类资料。[1][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

清代，今乡域分属东衢乡东衢里和感化乡感化里。1915年起分属第二区和第四区，1936年南部划入第一区林屯乡，东部归启贤乡。[1]

1944年10月撤区并乡，城关设星溪镇，原地分属星溪镇和龙潭乡。1949年9月建立区、村政权，此地归第一区。[1]

1950年7月设星溪镇，次年2月撤销，地域仍归第一区。1958年9月建立人民公社，此地属红专公社，1959年4月改称城关公社，1981年7月又改为星溪公社。[1]

星溪公社于1984年9月撤销，乡一级建制随之恢复，乡名定为星溪乡。[1][3]

地理环境[edit]

乡域位于鹫峰山脉北侧，地势自南向北倾斜，地貌分为高山、丘陵和河谷盆地三类。乡境最高点仙岩山位于长际村，海拔1200米；最低处在暗桥，海拔210米。[1]

乡界东与铁山、外屯相接，东南与镇前、杨源相连，西同熊山毗邻，西北和西南与石屯镇接壤，南与建瓯市交界，北与松溪县相邻。[1]

七星溪贯穿全境，乡名由此而来。[1]

人口民族[edit]

2019年末的户籍人口数为17562人，据百度百科。快懂百科另载2017年的人口为16723人，两者年份不同，此处并录。[3][4]

经济[edit]

2006年林地总面积为20.34万亩，有林地为15.68万亩，森林覆盖率64.2%。[4]

2019年，乡内有工业企业48个，其中规模以上企业13个。[3]

锥栗的规模开发始于1987年，此后星溪一带成为全县主要产区之一。[4]

乡内农业以竹、栗、茶、烟、菜、瓜为主导产业。烟叶种植在2002年前后作为特色产业兴起，富美村一带所产西瓜以「富美西瓜」为标识。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

念山云上梯田位于念山村，博雅地名网称其为「国家3A级旅游景区」，梯田沿七星溪层层抬升，景区因此得名。[2][4]

朱柽墓位于富美村林屯自然村，年代为宋代，是县级文物保护单位。[2]

富美程夫人墓位于富美村，年代为宋代，同为县级文物保护单位。[2]

乡东部的大风山是政和的道教名山之一，峰顶有仙殿，山中另有灵泉龙井、飞升岩等遗迹。[4]

文化[edit]

2005年，乡内星溪中学改名为政和县第四中学。[4]

2018年6月，星溪乡获「福建省2015-2017年度省级文明村镇」称号。[4]

福建省爱卫办于2020年12月将星溪乡评定为「福建省卫生乡镇」。[2]

2021年，乡内获「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」称号；同年12月，星溪乡被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」，并获「2021年度南平市平安农机示范乡镇」称号。[2][4]
