郢地村位于政和县镇前镇，省道302线穿境而过，村内有宋代的郢地茶盐古道。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

「郢」是周代楚国的都城，村名取此字，寓意兴村旺业；村中许姓居多，故有许氏之城的说法。[1]

民国时期先设西郢地保，归坂头乡；后改设达安保，归镇前乡。1954年成立郢地乡，编入第二区；1958年成为郢地大队，1969年隶属镇前公社；1992年11月设为行政村。[1]

文物[edit]

郢地茶盐古道年代为宋代，为县级文物保护单位。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，郢地村入选2022年度南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄名单。[1]
