下庄村位于政和县镇前镇，村内有明代的政和资福寺，被公布为县级文物保护单位。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

刘姓先民在上庄遗址的下方立村，村名由此而来。[1]

民国时期此地为复兴保，归下庄乡管辖。1954年又设下庄乡，编入第二区；1958年成为下庄大队，1969年改隶铁山公社，1984年设为行政村。[1]

文物[edit]

位于下庄村的政和资福寺建于明代，属县级文物保护单位。[2]

荣誉[edit]

下庄村以茶叶入选「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单，公布时间为2020年12月。[1]
