地名与沿革[edit]
村庄因李姓先民在此开基而得名里洋。[1]
民国时期这里为里洋保，归镇前乡辖；1954年改设里洋乡，编入第二区。1958年成为里洋大队，1970年归镇前公社，1984年成立行政村。[1]
文物[edit]
里洋派相冢为宋代遗存，被公布为县级文物保护单位，位于村内。[2]
