工农村是政和县石屯镇下辖的行政村，紧邻石屯集镇，村域内有省道瓯政路经过。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地原为倪姓人开基之处，村名叫倪屯村。1936年易名义敦保，至1949年又回到倪屯村的旧称。1966年因提倡工农联盟，更名为工农村。[1]

1969年设工农大队，归石屯公社管辖；1984年改为工农行政村，并设立村民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

宁武高速的落地互通口设在坤口小组一带，政和城关通往高速的连接线经过富竹庄小组，村内道路交通较为便利。村民分属工农、坤口、富竹庄三个村民小组。[1]

人口民族[edit]

全村648户，人口2598人。村域总面积19119亩，其中山地14414亩，耕地2252亩，经济林约14000亩。[1]

经济[edit]

村民除种植茶叶、烟叶、甘蔗、毛芋、茉莉花外，还养鸭、养鱼，这些都是增收的主要项目。[1]

龙岗工业园区位于村境内，园区内有近10家企业，以茶叶生产和竹木制品加工为主。[1]
